GETTING HERE

  • GENERAL
    • Swedish House Mafia and Skrillex + Four Tet are 21+ events located at Pier 80.
    • Make sure you have your ID and AXS Mobile ID Barcode ready before you head in.
    • We love our neighbors. Please be respectful of the surrounding community as you enter and leave the event.
    • *THERE IS NO EVENT PARKING AVAILABLE AT PIER 80. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE TO THE EVENT.
    • We encourage everyone to consider public transit, biking, or walking to Pier 80 —it helps reduce traffic, lowers emissions, and keeps things flowing smoothly for the entire community. But we also understand everyone’s journey is different, and some folks may need to arrive by vehicle. Here’s how to do it with care:

  • MAIN ENTRANCE

    Main entrance is located at 900 Marin St, San Francisco, CA 94124.
    The box office is located near this entrance.

  • WILL CALL / BOX OFFICE HOURS

    This entrance is accessible.

  • BART
    • Take BART to 24th St. Mission Station and hop on the Muni T Third Street line (often near the BART Station) and take it south towards Sunnydale. Have your Clipper Card, ID, and mobile ticket ready on the Goldenvoice App before you head to the event.
    • Exit at 3rd & Marin, about 2 blocks from Pier 80.
    • All BART stations are accessible.

    Avoid the toll lines and pay your BART/Muni fare ahead of time.

    • Get a digital Clipper card.
    • You can pay with Google or Apple Pay to load fare onto your Clipper card or your mobile wallet.
    • Use the Trip Planner to figure out your route and schedule.

  • SFMTA / MUNI

    Muni provides train and bus service to the Pier 80 area, including extra train service and late station hours during the event. Get customized transit directions to and from Pier 80 using the SFMTA Trip Planner. Pay for Muni using your mobile wallet, digital Clipper card, or the Muni Mobile app. All Muni bus stops and T Third Train stops are accessible.     Heading to the event:
    • T Third Train: From Powell St BART Station, walk to Union Square/Market St Station and board Muni’s T Third line toward Sunnydale. Get off at Third/Marin, just 2 blocks from Pier 80.
    • Route 48 Quintara exit at 23rd and Third St and walk 10 minutes to Pier 80.
    • Route 19 Polk exit at Connecticut and Cesar Chavez and walk 10 minute to Pier 80.
    • Route 15 Bayview Hunters Point Express exit at Third & Marin, two blocks from Pier 80.
    Leaving the event:
    • T Third Train: Board at 3rd & Marin. Muni will have extra T Third trains staged and ready to go downtown at the end of the night. The trains will stop at Union Square-Market St Station, where you can walk to Powell St BART Station, Market St bus routes, or AC Transit Transbay Bus Service. Union Square-Market St Station, Chinatown Station, and Yerba Buena/Moscone stations will stay open late until 1 a.m.
    • Route 48 Quintara runs 24/7 and connects to 24th St BART Station. Board at 23rd * 3rd. Buses run every 20 minutes before 11:30pm and every 30 minutes after 11:30pm.
    • Route 19 Polk service ends at 10 pm. Board at Connecticut & Cesar Chavez.
    • Route 15 Bayview Hunters Point Express Board at Third & Marin, two blocks from Pier 80.
    • Route 91 OWL is an overnight route connecting Pier 80 to Ocean Avenue, West Portal, and 19th St.
  • CALTRAIN

    Riders planning to attend these events can ride Caltrain to the 22nd Street Station and walk to and from Pier 80. (Approx 1 mile)

    The last Southbound train making all stops to San Jose departs 22nd Street Station at 12:10 a.m.

    • This station can only be accessed via stairs from 22nd Street and Iowa Street for southbound and northbound service, respectively. There are no ramps, elevators, or escalators to reach the platforms.
    • The next accessible stop is at San Francisco Caltrain Station where you can transfer to the T Third.
    • All stops on the T Third between Chinatown and Sunnydale are accessible.

    Parking at Caltrain stations:
    • Costs $5.50 for the day.
    • Permits can be purchased using the Caltrain mobile app or through ticket machines onsite.
    • The mobile app can be used immediately after parking, as it requires a space number.
    • Paid parking rules are enforced throughout the day.

    Caltrain reminds customers that open alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the trains beginning at 9 p.m. on special event days and nights.

  • BIKING
    BIKE VALET

    Bike Valet services will not be offered. There are plenty of bike racks scattered across the area. For bike rack locations nearby, check out the SFMTA Bike Network Map.

    BAY WHEELS

    Riding with Bay Wheels is an easy, affordable, and super-fun way to explore San Francisco, the East Bay, and San Jose. Just hop on an ebike or a classic ride—and be on your way.

    • Unlock It: Pick out a bike, and use the Lyft app or your Clipper card to scan its QR code.
    • Ride It: Hop on and start cruisin’.
    • Park It: Find an open space at any Bay Wheels docking station. When the lock-in light turns green, you’re all set. Ebikes can be locked at public racks for an additional $2.

    Keep an eye out for the Bay Wheels Station at the corner of Illinois St. and Cesar Chavez St. intersection. There are also Bay Wheels stations scattered across the area near Pier 80.

  • LIME

    Skip the traffic and parking hassle by rolling up to the festival on two wheels.

    Arriving with Lime:
    • Download the Lime app to see a live map of available scooters and LimeGliders across the city.
    • Scan the QR code on a vehicle to start your ride.
    • Once you arrive, we recommend parking your Lime on Illinois St. between 23rd St. & 24th St.
    Leaving with Lime:

    Lime vehicles will be available along Illinois St. between 23rd St. & 24th St. (next to the general rideshare zone). Find additional vehicles near the SF Marin Food Bank (Illinois St. & Marin St.)

  • GENERAL RIDESHARE / DROP-OFF + PICK UP

    Please head to the general drop-off/pick-up zone at 23rd St and Illinois St.

    This zone is located a few blocks away from the main entrance.
    Consider scheduling your rides to and from the drop-off / pick-up zones in advance.
    Traffic might be a little spicy—give yourself extra time.

  • What time does the event start and end?
    • Swedish House Mafia (12/29): Venue doors are at 5pm, show will start at 5pm and the event will end at 11pm
    • Skrillex + Four Tet: Venue doors are at 5pm, show will start at 5pm and the event will end at 11pm
    • Swedish House Mafia (12/31): Venue doors are at 7pm, show will start at 8pm and the event will end at 1am
  • What is your age policy?

    This event is 21+. You must be 21 on the day(s) you plan to attend

  • What does the venue accept as a “Valid ID”

    A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Expired ID will not be accepted for entry. Mobile Driver’s license will NOT be accepted at this time. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed entry into the event even if accompanied by an individual 18 years of age or older.

  • How do I buy tickets?

  • Will there be lockers available?

    No, but there will be lockers available for rent while supplies last.

    Yes, located outside of the warehouse by the Marketplace.

    Cash will not be accepted. This is a cashless event.

  • Will there be free water refill stations?

    Yes. Please be sure to bring your own refillable water container. 

  • Can I volunteer or are you hiring?

    Not at this time.

  • What are considered professional cameras? What cameras are OK?
    • NO cameras/video cameras allowed for Skrillex + Four Tet on December 30. We will provide a sticker at entry to cover your phone cameras so everyone can stay in the moment.
    • Professional cameras such as DSLRs, bridge cameras or any devices with detachable lenses are not allowed.
    • Cameras can be refused at security discretion upon entry.
    • Non-Professional cameras such as film photo cameras (analog photography), disposable, point-and-shoot, cell phones or polaroids are OK.

  • Can I bring a sign or guidepost?

    No type of sign is allowed. This includes all handheld signs or signs and items attached to poles or pool noodles or apparatus used to display anything above the head. All instances will be subject to surrender and not returned. Please check the What Can I Bring section for a full list of allowed and prohibited items.

  • Is rave attire allowed?

    No LED apparel, toys, or gloves. Please check the What Can I Bring section for a full list of allowed and prohibited items.

  • How do I get directions to the event and where can I park?

  • Is there parking available?

    There is no parking available at Pier 80. Please do not drive to these events.

  • Will the events take place inside or outside?

    The events will take place INSIDE the warehouse at Pier 80

Bag Policy

Goldenvoice advises patrons not to bring any bags to this event, as all bags, backpacks, and other carriers are prohibited from entering its events with the following exceptions (in each case, after passing inspection):

  • Approved Clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. This includes:
    • Clear Backpacks
    • Clear Fanny Packs
    • Clear Bags
    • Clear Purses
    • Clear plastic one-gallon zip-top bags
  • Small clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap, may be brought into the event space.

  • Diaper Bags, as long as accompanied by a child
